• Towel

• Leave all jewellery and valuables at your accommodation
• A change of clothes

• Secure footwear that you will be prepared to get wet

• Every participant must sign a Liability Release Form prior to commencing rafting tours
• For safety reasons, some medical conditions, disabilities and impairments may exclude participants from rafting. Passengers should disclose any medical conditions at time of booking
• Passengers under the age of 18 years must have a parent or guardian to sign the Liability Release Form on their behalf
• Minimum age is 12yrs

Cancellation Policy

• 50% cancellation fee applies within 48 hours of departure and 100% cancellation fee within 24 hours of departure

• Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
• Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
• Mobile Vouchers are accepted! - Vouchers can also be presented on your mobile device for this attraction
