What To Bring

• Swimmers/boardies, a rash vest or a T-shirt
• Hat & waterproof sunscreen, drinking water
• Personal Floatation Devices are required for non swimmers (can be supplied if you do not have any)
• If you wish to wear sunglasses on the water please bring a secure strap to ensure you don’t donate them to the sea life.

Additional Information

• Must be 12 years older to participate
• Participants don’t need to be able to swim in order to do the tour. If they can’t swim then it is mandatory for them to wear a lifejacket which can be supplied by the operator

Cancellation Policy

• Once this experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of Go Vertical SUP Hire and arranged directly with us according to this policy:

• Rescheduling

• Greater than 48 hours prior to the experience date:10% charged to change the experience date and time

• Greater than 24 hours prior to the experience date: 50% per participant fee to change the experience date and time

• Within 24 hours of the experience date, No Shows and Late Arrivals:Participants forfeit their experience and therefore are not entitled to a refund or to re-book.

• In the event that your lesson is cancelled by Go Vertical SUP Hire we will endeavour to reschedule to another date that suits you.

• Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
• Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the tour
