What To Bring
- Wear whatever you feel comfortable in - gym gear or swimwear suitable (no denim)
- Bring drinking water
- Sun protection
- Rash vest or long sleeve T-shirt (This is for sun protection - optional)
- Towel
- No footwear required whilst paddling
