The St Kilda accessible beach is located in St. Kilda, Port Phillip, which is in 6 kilometres or 20 min drive south from Melbourne CBD. If you use public transport, you can access the beach by accessible trams from the CBD and with accessible stops along the way. If you travel by public transport, the closest tram stop is on Acland Street, which is 650 metres away.

A Mobi-Chair beach wheelchair is available for use on a free of charge basis during peak season. However, bookings are strictly required

You can book a Mobi-Chair beach wheelchair by using the contact details below (usually two weeks in advance) and access it at the St Kilda Life Saving Club during patrols from 11 am up until 7 pm:

  • Bookings: https://www.trybooking.com/book/event?eid=532020&
