The George Pentland Botanic Gardens is a breath of fresh air for the heart of Frankston (close to the Frankston Metropolitan Activity Centre). Whether you're looking to explore and learn about different types of plants, find a picturesque spot for a picnic, or just take a relaxing walk, this Melbourne garden has something for everyone. 

Escape the city and come to George Pentland Botanic Gardens for a relaxing day out amongst Australian native plants. With new displays being developed all the time, there's always something different to see at George Pentland Botanic Gardens!

The Ornamental pond is great for watching the ducks play (please supervise the kids near open water at all times), and the children's playground is sure to keep the little ones entertained for hours.   • November to March: 7 am - 9 pm
  • April to October: 7 am - 6 pm

George Botanical Gardens entry fee

There are no admission fees. The gardens are free.
