Ray Bastin Reserve, Skate Park & Playground

Welcome to the Ray Bastin Reserve, a family-friendly park with something for everyone! This is the perfect place for your family and your little space lovers to explore their imaginations. 

There are lots of spaces the whole family will enjoy: the reserve itself, Rocket Park playground for smaller kids, a skate park for older kids as well as picnic tables and seating with a BBQ and shade sail for kids parties.

With a giant space-themed playground for all ages and abilities, a large twisty slide, the rocket and a control station, the kids will have a blast blasting off into the stars.

There's plenty to do here, something for all ages and abilities: climbing objects, spinning wheels, rocking planes, swings, sandpit, slides, liberty swings and more. 

Most of the ground has a soft surface which is in a black colour so it reflects the heat on a hot day. The park is fully fenced-in. 

There is also a walking path surrounding the playground with hidden play equipment for the toddlers and also suitable for bikes, scooters and skateboards.
