⏰ Opening hours

Unlimited play on weekdays (excluding public holidays & school holidays) from 9.30am to 5.00pm.

On weekends, public holidays and VIC school holidays, there are two sessions for general admission:

• Session 1: 9.30am - 1.00pm

• Session 2: 1.30pm - 5.00pm

🍴☕ Eating and drinking

Opened every day from 9.30am, offering light bites to full meals, hot and cold drinks, barista-made coffees and plenty of healthy selections, too!

🍄 Discover a village hiding in our Enchanted Forest 

Our Forest World is great for imaginative play. Kids can jump from toadstool to toadstool or explore up high in the forest canopy through the treetop walk. 

Hidden down below, engage the kids in some imaginative play with our fun pretend play stores - the Gelateria, the Florist or our Mechanic Shop decked out in furnishings perfectly sized for the little ones

🚀 Explore the planets in our Space World 

Climb through a six-metre-high climbing structure filled with obstacles to jump, slide and crawl through, scrambling through tunnels and uneven platforms, going higher and higher up the multiple-level structure. For those not fond of heights can float like aspiring astronauts and fly like a superhero on our spongy moonwalk floor for an anti-gravity experience. 

⛵ Navigate through the sea in our Sea World 

Enter Rabbit Hole and see our tall wooden ship – the highlight of every child’s visit. Or chase each other through the tunnels whilst having some ball pit fun - there are lots of balls surrounding our ship feature. These balls are regularly cleaned by a special machine so that they are clean and in tip-top shape every time you visit us!

If you’re up to some adventure, then slip, slide, or climb through the interconnecting villa huts playground for a play or a wonder. 

🎪 Become a performer in our Carnival 

Carnival Toddler Area is a beautiful area dedicated to the littlest mates, with plenty of space to crawl around, as well as age-appropriate obstacles to play on and climb safely.

🧗‍♀️ Indoor Rockwall Climb

Our rock-climbing wall is perfect for adventurous little ones and the big kids at heart, too! Offers unlimited fun and adrenaline for all ages over 20kg that love to climb. A great activity for parents and children to explore together. Our auto-belay braking system makes it fun and safe for everyone. Clip-on your safety harness, start climbing and reach to the top! (Weight restrictions apply 20kg min-125kgs max)

💃🕺 Sensory Dance Floor (available for Parties)

The floor in our disco room has fluid underneath that moves around when you dance - because there’s nothing like combining imaginary and sensory play for a fun day out! Sensory Dance Floor is available for Parties.

Rabbit Hole Play Centre is a shoe-free centre for both adults and kids because it's important to keep the floors safe for our little crawlers. They’ve even made a whole room just for shoes!

Remember socks are a must at Rabbit Hole – so don’t forget to pack a pair of socks when visiting!

🔒 Locker Hire

Lockers are available for hire all day and come at a cost of $2.00 each, per day. Credit card payment accepted. Lockers are located in our Shoe Room.

Please use lockers for all of your personal items, as Rabbit Hole does not take responsibility for the loss of any of your valuables.

🎉 Parties at Rabbit Hole

Celebrate your birthday at Rabbit Hole! They have plenty of party options no matter how big or small. A minimum of 10 guests will be required for a party. Party packages are priced from $473 onwards and include the following:

• 1 hour 30 mins access to your own private party room

• Package options to choose from: Gold, Platinum and Diamond

• A dedicated party host

• Food options: fairy bread, a choice of two food options served with chips 

• Unlimited access to all activities after the birthday party

• A free one-day pass for the birthday kid for the next visit

• Rabbit Hole grip socks

• Various party time slots

🏰 Private Venue Hire

Outside of regular trading hours, you can hire Rabbit Hole exclusively for you and your guests for 3 whole hours! This package is perfect for any occasion worth celebrating - a birthday party, christening, graduation - the opportunities are endless!
