Bald Hill Park has great kids activities including a fantastic playground for kids of all ages, disc golf and a grass oval to run around and throw a frisbee. It's located just 30-45 minutes by car from Melbourne (depending on traffic).
Playground equipment
Bald Hill playground is a lovely playground for kids of al ages in a native Australian bush style, with play structure such as

- Little hut climbing structures
- Rope bridges
- Sandpit
- Tunnels
- Wombat statues

Disc golf
What is disc golf? It’s a fun family-friendly game where the aim is to throw your disc, or frisbee, from the tee pad into the disc catching basket in the smallest number of throws. If you are looking for a new activity for the whole family to try, check this one out!
The 9-hole course at Bald Hill Park has two tee pads for each basket, creating a total of 18 unique holes to complete. See the full map on the third image in the gallery above.

Accessibility
Unfortunately, Bald Hill playground is not very accessible. There are flat paths around the playground but not always close to the play equipment. There are some wheelchair-friendly paths around Bald Hill park to enjoy the nature.
