Saddle up and explore one of New Zealand's most beautiful areas on horseback with a horse riding tour within the popular Te Anau region of NZ's south island! Located just a short drive outside Te Anau itself.
This ride lets you see what splendid views the area has to offer. You will start off from the stable yard working your way through the fields with other animals joining up or just being curious. We ride to a high point of the Te Anau basin to earn the panoramic 360 degree view of the spectacular mountain ranges and sparkling waters of Lake Te Anau. We have a rest and light refreshment before setting off again.
With horses of all temperaments and personality types available, both beginner and advanced riders are welcome to take part; the best horse to suit you will be chosen to ensure you're both comfortable and confident for your upcoming New Zealand horse riding adventure!
