How It Works

Ballooning is one of the most weather dependant activities you can participate in. We do not steer or drive a balloon, we navigate the winds at different altitudes with the use of the burners to heat up the air inside the envelope (the balloon part of the aircraft) to go higher or by releasing the hot air with the parachute (the very top of the balloon) to descend. Some times during landing the basket and balloon can lay over horizontally, this is a completely normal and safe landing, your pilot will advise you the safe landing position that everyone will be required to practice before take off. There are some fun taks you are welcome to participate in during the inflation and deflation portions of the experience, if you are eager to get involved let our staff know, or sit back and watch the magic unfold.

Terms And Conditions

• Children are aged between 6 and 12. Younger children cannot participate in this experience
• Participant weight range goes up to 130 kg. exceeding this limit will require contacting the operator for further advice
• Pregnant women over 20 weeks gestation are not allowed to fly

Cancellation Policy

• Flights will be cancelled by the operator if the weather is not suitable or if the minimum weight (passenger numbers) is not met to operate the aircraft within regulations
• 48 hours notice must be given by passengers to change their date

• Meeting times will be confirmed with you via SMS the afternoon before your experience. Please ensure your mobile number is correct at the time of booking, if you have booked on behalf of someone else please provide the participants contact details.
