• Changes to the identity of participants is not permitted.
• Flights will only be conducted in safe weather conditions. Many factors such as wind, low cloud, reduced visibility and rain can prohibit a safe and enjoyable flight. The supplier reserves the right to postpone flights, at the discretion of the pilot, on the day where the forecast and conditions do not permit safe and enjoyable flying operations.

Terms And Conditions

Due to current safety requirements for the airport please note these conditions for participation:

• Minimum age is 5 years old
• Photo identification is required on the day and must match the name(s) on the booking confirmation
• Phones and cameras are allowed however large bags should be left with staff in the .lounge
• Passengers are weighed preflight, when booking please provide your exact weight (not an estimate) as flights are scheduled according to the weights provided
• Passengers with physical and/or mental disabilities must book on private flights and be accompanied by a carer in and around the helicopter.
• Participants who arrive on the day of their experience and do not adhere to these guidelines will forfeit their experience
• The experience provider reserves the right to substitute aircraft without notice
• Shared flights are subject to minimum numbers. Shared flights will only go ahead when they are full. Passengers will be notified within 48 hours of their flight if * their preferred session time has not filled. The supplier may need to shift flight times to match up shared passengers to create a full flight
• Participants are advised to make their own insurance provisions in case of unforeseen circumstances
• Please list individual passenger names & weights in KG upon booking
• Maximum passenger weight for shared flights is 100 kg
• Maximum passenger weight for Private Flights is 125 kg
• Maximum combined weight of all passengers is 270 kg

Cancellation Policy

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
