• Cancellation by management is unlikely, but if necessary, clients will be offered an alternative day (if available) or a full refund

Terms And Conditions

• Please note guests cannot take a selfie or a photo “with” the cassowary – you can take photos of the Cassowary from afar. Guests must always stay behind the guide and must follow all instructions from the guide
• Please ensure at the time of booking you have advised us of any food preferences, also please state if it is a preference or an allergy
• Due to the limited space within the van, please only bring a small backpack or similar with you

Cancellation Policy

• Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
• Changes period to 48hours (this tour experience is not a 7 day cancellation)
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
