Time

• Allow a maximum of 40 minutes per session
• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your session to complete your sign-in, induction and get changed into your safety clothing
• Thursday: 4pm - 9pm (latest session time 7:35pm)
• Friday: 11:30am - 9pm (latest session time 7:30pm)
• Saturday: 11:30am - 9pm (latest session time 7:30pm)
• Sunday: 11:30m - 8pm (latest session time 6:10pm)
• Closed Monday-Wednesday

Location

• This experience is located at Factory 1, 60 Keilor Park Drive, Keilor East, VIC 3033.

What To Bring

• All clean and sanitised safety clothing including overalls, face shields, earplugs, and gloves are provided.

Additional Information

• There will be a $20 service fee charged for any appointments that are rescheduled within 48-hours from your appointment time slot, which is payable when you reschedule
• Maximum of four participants per room

Terms And Conditions

• Minimum age is 13 years
• If you are aged between 13 and 17, you will need to be accompanied by a legal guardian or parent so they can complete the sign-in waiver form when you check in at the venue
• There's a huge selection of upgrades available to purchase during your visit, such as large screen TVs, PlayStations, Xbox's, laptops and more

Cancellation Policy

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

• Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
• Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
• Vouchers can also be presented on your mobile device for this attraction
