Time

• Sessions are available at 9.30am, 12pm, 3pm and 5.30pm. Each session runs for up to 90 minutes

Additional Information

• Children 0-2years of age are not permitted on the ice. Children 5 years and under must be accompanied on the ice by a skating adult
• The ice-rink is cold so we recommend you wear a jumper, long pants and gloves. Socks are also required and must be worn with the skates
• A maximum of 60 people can skate on the ice at one time
• As numbers for each session are limited pre-purchase is recommended to avoid disappointment
• Once a ticket is purchased it must be used on the date and time specified and cannot be transferred to another session
• Unused tickets are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash
• Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced
• If you do not currently undertake regular physical activity, you should seek medical advice before using Planet Chill

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made on or before 14 days of arrival will forfeit the 25% deposit plus any booking fees. • No refunds will be issued once inside 14 days prior to arrival or if you decide to depart early.

• Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
• Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
