All of our new 18-foot Duffy boats can accommodate up to 10 adults. Each boat has a full canopy top, full window enclosures and a great sounding CD player with iPhone hookup. Duffy Electric Boats are extremely easy to operate and there is no need to have a boat license to drive one.

Self Drive Boat Cruise

• Step aboard our beautifully appointed Duffy Electric Boat
• Be your own Captain, and have the luxury of your own private vessel for a 1 to 5hrs Self Drive, no license or experience required
• See the sights and sounds of the Gold Coast with our relaxing whisper quiet boat hire!

Skippered Boat Cruise

• Sit back relax and let Skippered Boat Hire do the entertaining
• Step aboard on one of the beautiful Electric Boats, whilst friendly skippers show you the surrounding sights and waterways

Operating Hours

• Operates 7 days a week with departure times for Self Drive - 7am to 5pm and Skippered - 7am to 9pm
• Departure times are subject to availability, please specify your preferred time in booking notes at checkout and call the operator (operator details will be on your voucher) to secure a time after the bookings is made
• Hours subject to change with season and weather

• Located at Mariner's Cove Marina, 60-70 Sea World Drive, Shop 4, Main Beach QLD
• 4kms north of Surfers Paradise, conveniently located next to Marina Mirage Shopping precinct, Palazzo Versace Hotel, Sheraton Mirage Hotel and Sea World is metres downs the street

Terms And Conditions

• No cancellations within 72 hours of booking
• PLEASE ARRIVE 20min prior to your departure time for check in and Safety Briefing for self-drive
• For Self Drive Boats, you must be able to read and understand English, signed contract required
• Must be able to understand navigation as instructed with Map provided
• We reserve the right to provide a Skipper at an additional cost (minimal) if conditions do not suit Self Drive (if we deem it necessary) as a matter of safety
• If in doubt of your ability to Captain a Boat, please consider booking a vessel with a Skipper at small additional charge. The Skipper will still let you drive, but will be on hand to teach you how to safely navigate the waterways
• All Self Drive boats must be back before Sunset. Skipper is required for Sunset Cruises, please book accordingly
• All weather boating
• We do not cancel due to rain, unless we deem it unsafe. Please dress appropriately.
• Safety will always come first! Should we deem it necessary due to inclement weather we will be happy to re-schedule the tour to a date and time suitable to you the customer (subject to availability) or a skipper can be provided at an additional charge (minimal).
• All vessels are equipped for all weather boating, we are not obligated to refund if conditions are not to your liking.
• No fishing or beaching of our vessels
• No swimming on Snug Classic -Swim Ladder only onboard our Limo on the Water vessel, swimming is at your own risk
• Children are most welcome and must be accompanied by an adult
• You are more than welcome to bring your own food and beverages onboard
• You are more than welcome to bring your beloved pet if you wish

• Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the tour
• Mobile Vouchers are accepted! - Vouchers can also be presented on your mobile device for this attraction
