• Please book the $0 infant option if you have an infant travelling with you. All passengers must be counted in the tour due to regulations and passenger number restrictions.

Departure Location

• Aquaduck departs daily from Aquaduck Office, Circle on Cavill, Cavill Ave, Surfers Paradise
• Please meet at the reception desk to check in at least 20 minutes prior to your tour time. You will then be given your boarding passes and a crew member will escort you to the Duck when it arrives

Additional Information

• Child ticket ages are 2-16yrs
• Infant ticket ages are 0-1yr and ride for free on your lap. All infant tickets must be pre-booked
• Any person under the age of 16yrs must be accompanied by an adult
• Please note that we do not have storage for prams and large bags on board or at our departure point. Kindly leave them in your car or hotel room
• Seating is pre-allocated by the Aquaduck staff
