Time

• Tours depart between approximately 2:55am - 4.30am from your hotel and return at approximately 10.30am. Please note pick up times are seasonal and can change depending on the time of the sunrise
• It is highly recommended to reconfirm your booking on arrival to the Gold Coast and confirm your hotel pick up time to avoid disappointment
• Pick up is available from accomodation in Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Main Beach, Southport between 3.50am and 4.30am or you can meet Nerang or Canungra
• All bookings are weather dependent and in the case of bad weather your booking will be rescheduled

Additional Information

• Children under 3 years old cannot participate
• Children 3-12 years old must be accompanied by an adult
• Children aged 13- 17 years can travel on the balloon flight by themselves but must be accompanied by a responsible adult for the tour
• You must be able to climb up the 1.2m foothold ladder into the hot air balloon basket without assistance
• You must be able to stand for the duration of the flight
• Pregnant women and those who participated in diving the day before are not suited to this activity
• Passengers with medical conditions or that have accessibility issues, please check with your doctor or specialist prior to booking
• Due to weight and safety restrictions, handbags and backpacks may not be carried on the hot air balloon. Please do not bring large bags
• Unless the camera fails, digital photos will be provided every flight. If the camera fails, no compensation or refund will be given
• Please note that the timings might be adjusted due to seasonal changes and the specific schedule is subject to the reservation confirmation
• It is recommended that you wear long pants and closed in shoes - no heels, slippers or skirts please
• Bring a jacket as it get quite cool as the sun rises and please avoid white clothes
• Carry hats and sunglasses and a fully charged camera for taking pictures
• If your flight time is from April to October (in winter), you need to wear warm clothes to prevent the cold
• In other months, there will be warm airflow due to the burning of the hot air balloons, so you do not need to wear warm clothes

Cancellation Policy

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
