• Morning tours depart at approximately 7.30am and return at approximately 12pm, and afternoon tours depart at approximately 1.45pm and return at approximately 6pm

• Bring a towel
• Bring enough money for souvenirs and snacks
• Leave all jewellery and valuables at your accommodation
• Bring water resistant sunscreen and insect repellent
• Bring $5 for shoe hire
• $15 per person rafting levy payable on the day of the activity

• Minimum age to participate is 5 years
• All participants required to sign a liability release form

Cancellation Policy

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
