Location

• This experience departs from the Sydney International Regatta Centre at Penrith, Gate A main entrance.

What To Bring

• Bathing suit and towel
• Depending on the air temperature you may want to bring a sweatshirt or jacket for when your out of water
• Camera (however it is your responsibility for damage/loss )

Additional Information

• Minimum age 12, if you are under 18 you will require a parent/guardian to sign a consent form
• You should be in good health and physical condition
• Jet Board flights are not recommended for those with a history of heart conditions or for pregnant women
• Max weight 150kg
• You must be comfortable with your face submerged briefly in water
• Must be able to swim
• On rare occasions, choice may be limited to one device (either Jet Pack or Jet Board) if mechanical breakdown occurs. You may choose to undertake the available device (either Jet Pack or Jet Board) or reschedule to attend on another later day if your choice is unavailable.

Cancellation Policy

• Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

• Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
• Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
