• If whales are not spotted on a designated whale watch tour between the months of May to November, each passenger will be entitled to a ‘standby ticket’ enabling them to return on another subsequent tour date, this ticket is subject to availability and must be used within the same whale watching season
• Not suitable for children aged under three years.

Cancellation Policy

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no-shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

• Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at the time of booking
• Upon completion of the purchase, please print the voucher and present on the day of the experience

• Any booking canceled within 48 hours of departure, or no attendance on the day will not receive a refund
