Additional Information

  • Due to Queensland Workplace Health and Safety Legislation and Risk Assessments, participants are unable to snorkel alone at the Tangalooma Wrecks whilst on the cruise
  • There is a high probability that you will see dolphins, dugongs and turtles, however this cannot be guaranteed as all the marine life are untamed and free in their natural habitat *Eftpos and cash accepted onboard

Restrictions Those choosing to participate in the Guided Snorkel and Fish Feeding tour of the Tangalooma Wrecks must be able to swim. All participants snorkelling will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to entering the water. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, weight etc) may prevent you from joining the guided snorkelling tour.

Cancellation Policy

  • Dolphin Wild reserves the right to cancel a trip, based on the discretion of the Captain, and in this instance a refund or date change will be offered
  • Guests may make changes to their booking up until 3 days prior to departure. Any cancellations within 3 days of departure will forefit their fare
  • Date changes must be redeemed within 12 months of original cruise date

Customer cancellations will incur a 100% loss of fare if less than 3 working days prior to the departure date.

  • Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
  • Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
  • Mobile Vouchers are accepted! - Vouchers can also be presented on your mobile device for this attraction
