There's a large obstacle course and a fitness equipment area for older kids and teens. Adventure Park Fairfield is an amazing Sydney playground with a great climbing structure, giant slides, swings, a flying fox and balancing equipment. It also has a playground for the little kids with smaller size equipment.

The playground also offers plenty of water fountains, toilets, and a separate area with an obstacle course. The obstacle course has side-by-side obstacles for the older kids and younger kids. Climbing obstacles, balancing obstacles, and a treetops course make this playground unique and offer a full day of fun for kids of all ages.

There is also a huge grass area with plenty of seating and BBQs, shady areas, and picnic tables, making this family park one of the best free school holiday activities Sydney has to offer.

Barangaroo Reserve is a great place to visit for families with kids. All native Australian plants with huge sandstone blocks are placed down to the harbour water.

It's a great park for kids to ride a bike or scooter or just walk and have fun. Don't forget to take a picnic blanket and some snacks with you as it's a fantastic picnic spot!

You can enjoy the Barangaroo Reserve walk and scenery and panoramic views of Sydney Harbour. There are great lookouts overlooking Harbour Bridge and lots of space - a perfect picnic spot for families and kids to kick a ball around.

Your kids will be entertained for hours with plenty of different play areas at this nature-play park. Just be sure to keep an eye on them, as it can be easy to lose sight of them in this large and fully-fenced area with tunnels, bamboo jungles, and pathways.

The water fountains are also a hit with the kids but can get crowded on weekends and holidays.
