Are you a young writer from Victoria? Let all your creative juices flow in this exciting kids writing competition by Wyndham Libraries, and win bookshop vouchers (14 up for grabs)!
You can enter as many writing pieces as you'd like, both stories and poems are accepted, on any topic of your choice (in line with T&Cs).
Age categories are: 5-10 years, 11-14 years, and 15-18 years. Follow the word limit for each category:
- 5-10 years - 1000 words
- 11-14 years - 1500 words
- 15-18 years - 2000 words
Terms & Conditions
Competition is open until 10 July 2022, to Victorian residents aged 5-18 years.
Your written piece must:
- be submitted in English;
- be unpublished at the time of entry;
- be your own original work, so not infringe a third party’s intellectual property;
- not contain any objectionable, profane, insulting, inflammatory or defamatory material;
- not include your name, any details or information that may identify you.
