Time

• Operates Monday - Sunday at 2:00pm
• You are required to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your tour departure

Duration

• The experience is approximately 45 minutes long
• You will have access to explore the rest of the Aquarium for the entire day if you wish

What To Bring

• Dress in warm clothing - this is the best foundation for the ski suits
• Arctic gear is provided but please bring your own socks
• Cameras and video equipment are NOT allowed on ice
• Jewellery and hair accessories are NOT allowed onto the ice

Additional Information

• This is an exclusive experience only allowing 4 people at a time in the enclosure and with the penguins
• Participants must be willing and able to navigate a staircase.
• Minimum age 14 (Guests Under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult (18+)
• This product is not refundable or transferable, with a 100% cancellation fee
