What you need to know

Join the "signature" horse ride that is available every day of the year (excluding Christmas Day) and has long been the most popular option for Mornington Peninsula horse riding - one that starts off in the bush, and ends up along the lovely sands of St. Andrews Beach. A scenic and exhilarating ride suitable for all riding abilities ranging from beginners to experienced riders, you'll have a memorable tour that you'll be talking about for a long time to come! Long enjoyed by both locals and tourists from all over the world alike, over the course of 2 hours your rider-guides will take you to a spectacular stretch of coast on the Mornington Peninsula, situated approximately 90 minutes South of Melbourne.

Begin along a bushland track and head towards the ocean beach, as the horses climb over lofty sand dunes and down onto a beautiful sandy beach where horses may walk in the rock-protected ocean water and you drink in views of the impressive coastline. The tour is conducted at a leisurely pace on the back of well-disciplined and sociable horses, mostly done at a trot but occasionally breaking out into a gallop or a canter based on the riding group's overall skill level. Soak in the scenery, take your horse through a stroll in the shallow water, and enjoy one of regional Victoria's most popular experiences by booking a beach horse riding tour today.
