Explore the Mint’s observation gallery and witness first hand the production factory in work through the factory viewing platform on FREE guided tours. Stop in the theatrette and experience an interesting educational moment as you watch a video documenting the process of how coins are made. Discover an array of rare and important coins held in the Mint’s vaults on show from the National Coin Collection. You can even mint your own $1 coin to keep as a memory of your visit to the Royal Australian Mint!
