• In your clue email, you will find a recommended time for your first stop. Usually, between 10 am and 1 pm

Departure Location

• Our starting points change depending on different factors. e.g. day of the week, dietary requirements
• Upon booking you will receive an email from the supplier providing the details of the departure location within Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast

Additional Information

• The legal drinking age in Australia is age 18. Please bring a valid ID for proof of age.
• The activity is able to accommodate special dietary requirements (allergies, gluten intolerance, vegetarian diets, other dietary needs). All Subject to availability in the route. *Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten Free options are available. Please advise at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

• You can make changes to your experience booking (this includes, but is not limited to, the experience itself, date, time, people and dietary needs) at any time up to 3 business days before your experience date. Please keep in mind that some changes may incur an added cost.
• If you need to cancel, you can do a full refund at any time up until 3 business days before your experience date. Any cancellations after this time will not be refunded due to service & supplier costs already incurred.
