- In Winter (9 April - 14 October) return sailing times are 12.45pm, 2.30pm and 3.30pm Monday-Friday, and at 12.45pm, 2.30pm and 4pm on weekends and Public Holidays, with an additional 5pm departure in Summer (15 October - 28 April)

- No shops are located on the island and it’s advised that passengers take food and drink with them. A great range of food and beverages can be purchased onboard the vessel including sandwiches, muffins and cold drinks suitable for a picnic lunch

- The 4WD road train has drop-down clear curtains to protect passengers if it rains
- The walk to the summit includes boardwalk stairs. The walk is optional and some passengers may choose to stay and enjoy the view from the base of the summit
- Tour does not operate on Christmas Day
